EU top bilateral trade partner of China in Jan-Nov

The European Union turned out to be the top trade partner of China during the first eleven months of the current year, according to the General Administration of Customs.
 
From January to November this year, China’s overall exports and imports registered approximately US$ 3.50 trillion, showing an increase of 5.8 percent year-on-year.
 
The Sino-EU bilateral trade during the eleven-month period registered US$ 495.75 billion, showing a decline of 4.1 percent year-on-year.
 
China’s bilateral trade with the US amounted to US$ 438.62 billion, growing at 8.2 percent year-on-year during the period under review.
 
Over the same period, China-ASEAN bilateral trade value touched US$ 359.96 billion, up 9.3 percent year-on-year.
 
China’s bilateral trade with Japan reached US$ 302.85 billion during the period, down 2.9 percent year-on-year.
 
Among other major bilateral trade partners, China’s trade with Russia and Brazil increased by 11.9 percent year-on-year and 1.3 percent year-on-year to US$ 80.62 billion and US$ 78.38 billion.
