Ivan Ramalho, Secretary of Foreign Trade Beijing and Gao Hucheng, Vice Minister of Commerce, China, will sign a memo which will impose quotas on some Chinese textile products imported by Brazil.
Ministers Luiz Fernando Furlan and Bo Xilai will carry out furteher discussion before signing the final agreement, sources in the Ministry of Commerce, China said yesterday.
