EXPORTS Exports during April-February, 2005-2006 is valued at US $ 88760.40 million, which is 26.34 percent higher than the level of US $ 70253.17 million during April-February, 2004-2005.
In rupee terms, the exports were Rs. 393157.16 crores, during April-February, 2005-2006, which is 24.35 percent higher than the value of exports during April-February, 2004-2005.
Exports during February, 2006 are valued at US $ 7834.49 million which is 12.31 percent higher than the level of US $ 6975.54 million during February, 2005.
In rupee terms, the exports were Rs. 34729.43 crores, which is 13.98 percent higher than the value of exports during February, 2005.
IMPORTS Imports during April-February, 2005-2006 are valued at US $ 126336.01 million representing an increase of 33.00 percent over the level of imports valued at US $ 94992.84 million in April-February, 2004-2005.
In Rupee terms, the imports increased by 30.77 percent.
