The Mainland of China : Notice Concerning Amendments to the Verification System of Labelling for Food and Cosmetics Imports and Exports
The General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine issued a notice on 24 March 2006, stipulating that with effect from 1 April 2006, labelling verification of food and cosmetics imports and exports will be conducted at the same time, instead of prior to, when these imports and exports go through inspection and quarantine procedures.
