Contract of categories No. 334/335 and No. 340/640 should not be carried out by exporters if they are priced lower than average export price, Ministry of Trade (MOT) stated.
MOT has conveyed this instruction under Notification No. 0165/BTM-DM.
The notification is regarding regulation on textile and garment exports quota to the US market of the above categories for rest of 2006.
