Vietnam's inter-ministries of Trade and Industry have issued a notification permitting specific enterprises to export goods to the US market.
Under this notification, enterprises which produce more than 500 dozens in volume and export it directly, guaranteeing security performance, will be issued license to export.
For category No.340 Mens & Boy's shirts/640 (non knit)especially, inter-ministries would also grant licenses within one month for enterprises having export orders not exceeding their production capacity.
License would be granted subject to site examination by the ministries concerned.
Process would be implemented by two ministries in order to prevent fraud when export quota to the US is exhausted.
