According to a bulletin issued by Chinese Commerce Bureau, spandex manufacturers of Wenzhou applied for anti-dumping duties on dealers, who import spandex from Japan, Singapore, Taiwan, Korea and the US.
This is the first anti-dumping investigation case filed by Wenzhou enterprises in WTO.
