And yet, these firms have no other option as they need quotas to survive.
Anxious experts say that such situation will place a new trade venture at a disadvantage adversely affecting the competitive advantage of those enterprises that buy the export quota of textile.
In long run, entire development of textile sector will be affected, they opine.
