The textile export of Taiwan has slide by 1.2 percent to US $5.891 billion during the January-June period compared to last year with the Shipments of garments posting the highest fall of 15 percent with the figures of US $388 million.
Textile industry's earning has fallen to a meager $4.58 billion against same period last year even as other sectors like electronics performed better than the textile.
