136 textile & apparel goods categories exported to US

Office of Trade for Textile and Apparel (OTEXA) under the US Ministry of Trade reported that in the first half of 2006 Vietnam exported 136 goods categories to the US, where all of their market–share expanded.
Of these goods, sharp growth-rate was recorded in categories including No.644 (MMF W/G Suits) at 26.53 percent, No.634 (Other Coats MB) at 17.23 percent, No.635 (Coats W/G) up 15.39 percent, No.353 (Down Coats, M/B) for 13.32 percent and No.443 (Wool Suits, M/B) rose 11.71 percent.
Among 136 goods categories imported from Vietnam, OTEXA classified them in 5 groups; Cotton goods of 34 categories, cotton or MMF (Man Made Fiber) goods of 14 categories, woolen goods of 23 categories, MMF knitted–goods comprising 43 categories and silk and botanical fibre goods of 22 categories.
