Commercial Agency at the US stated that Vietnam's total exports turnover to this market in 2006 is expected to be around US $7.3–7.7 billion.
In the first half 2006, country's earnings from the US amounted to over $3.6 billion, coming from major goods of textile and garment, wood works, seafood, crude oil, footwear and coffee.
