The official further pointed out that both countries can complement each other in sector like textile where China's superiority in man-made fibre and larger fabric capacity together with the Indian mastery in cotton yarn and design can do wonders.
Chinese Commerce Ministry's Department of Foreign Trade representative, Wu Yabin regretted the fact that China had been categorized along with five other countries who had to take RBI approval before investing in India.
He said that it was affecting China's investment in India badly and informed that China had not placed any restriction on Indian investment.
