Europe & Middle East show interest in textile products

41 transactions were registered by State Commodity and Raw Materials Exchange of Turkmenistan (GTSBT) last week. Output of oil, gas and chemical sectors were sought after.

Afghani and Turkish businessmen purchased A-80 gasoline from Turkmenbashi Oil Refineries Complex, according to GTSBT. Turkish traders also bought TS-1 aviation kerosene.

Businessmen from Spain, UAE, Singapore and British Virgin Islands (BVI) purchased KO-20 lamp oil, furnace oil, total oil coke and M-100 black oil. Traders from US bought L 0.9-62 diesel fuel obtained at Seidi Oil Refinery.

Companies from Switzerland, Belgium, Turkey, Latvia, Iran, UAE, Afghanistan and Italy were interested in Turkmenistan's cotton fibre, cotton yarn, polypropylene sacks.

Merchants from US, Cyprus and Iran bought grey cloth, Kyrgyz, Astrakhan, camel and saryja sheep wool. Merchants from US, Turkey and BVI purchased jersey articles, cotton yarn and wadding.
