Turkmen earns US$38 million & Manat24 billion in trade

Businessmen belonging to Switzerland, UK, China, Russia, Afghanistan, Ukraine and Azerbaijan bought lint cotton, ulyuk, technical, sewing and wool cotton along with purified waste of cotton spinning from Turkmenistan. Total value of the contracts was more than US$38 million.
Commodities like karakul wool, raw-silk, cotton yarn and yarn mixed with waste of cotton spinning as well as grey fabric, purified waste of cotton spinning, sewing cotton, valenki and waste of jeans fabric worth Manat 24, 165 billion were purchased.
Purchase was done through national currency by businessmen belonging to Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Switzerland, US, Ireland, Russia, Iran, Armenia and India.
Businessmen from countries like India, Turkey, Pakistan, British Virgin Island and Iran bought range of knitwear while their Afghani counterpart bought confectionery items.
