Chinese textile industry is going to face quota restrictions on some goods exported to the country.

According to study conducted by Under Secretariat for Foreign Trade, Chinese imports are threatening development of the domestic industry.

Soon consultation meeting will be conducted with the Chinese authorities. A unilateral quota will be applicable on 44 categories of goods imported from China.

If the items in the list do not exceed 25 kg or 50 pieces per pairs, it will be imported without being deducted from the quota amount. This exemption will be available only once for any company.
