According to the overall objectives of restructuring the textile industry, China will, by the end of '11th Five-Year' Plan, strive to enhance the ability of independent innovation in textile industry, to create a group of brands with independent intellectual property rights. China will achieve international influence with certain key technologies, brands and enterprise groups.
China will further optimize the industrial structure, substantially increase the overall level of equipments, reduce energy consumption, and protect environment with substantive progress.
