In a four-day official trip to Thailand from March 29 to April 1, Sri Lankan Prime Minister Ratnasiri Wickremanayake visited Surayud Chulanont at the Government House on Friday evening.
PM Surayud and Ratnasiri agreed on strengthening cooperation in trade, investment and energy field.
Both Thailand and Sri Lanka are enjoying very good bilateral relations for more than five decades. The two countries exchange trade in several products including textiles, jewelry, and gold among others.
Thai investors are enthusiastic to expand their access to the national infrastructure of Sri Lanka.
