Although the over all Chinese textile exports are at a disadvantage this year, shipments from Hainan Province increased steadily in the first three quarters of year.

According to the statistics of Hainan Province, the region exported textile products worth US $9.461 million and saw a rise of 8.9 percent compared to the same last year.

Keeping in mind the unchanging export situation in China, the Hainan Provincial Inspection and Quarantine Department(HPIQD) has extended considerable support to the local textile exporters.

This apart, the department has also taken copious measures to actively supply local exporters with technical and informatory assistance so as to strengthen their competitiveness in the global market.

Besides, HPIQD also motivates manufacturers to make stringent selection of raw materials, increase production and create their own brands.
