Export value renders new heights

According to Customs Department statistics during January to October this year, country's total export value hit US $1.75932 trillion rendering an increase of 23.5 percent over the same period previous year.

October foreign trade scale was $188.4 billion, up 23.6 percent and trade surplus touched $27.05 billion, up 13.5 percent.

In ten months this year China's trade surplus growth rate was 10.2 percentage points lower than the first 9 months of 2006.
