Textile & garment export brings high revenue for Hai Duong

In the first seven months of 2008, Hai Duong earned nearly US $300 million through export of various products, according to the Northern Province of Hai Duong, showcasing a yearly rise of 60 percent.
The shipment of textile and garment witnessed a considerable rise during this period. Even the export of footwear to various overseas markets observed an increase in demand and added to the profit made by the province.
The Hai Duong Provincial Government has begun promoting key exporting products in an active manner, for checking the ever growing inflation. It has even started providing loans to entrepreneurs, who wish to ship their manufactured goods in foreign countries.
