Statistics report released recently by official agency of MOIT shows that, in June 2008, Vietnam's export value to Sweden reached US $20.81 million and amounted to almost $133.09 million for the first half of 2008.
Textile and garment is one of key exports to this market. In June, this sector had a export value of around $3.2 million making up 15.54 percent of the total export value. The export value of footwear was $863,913.
In first six months, textile and garment earned over $23.82 million, accounting for 17.89 percent of the industry's total export value.
