China's total world exports of chemical fibre machinery reached US $42.98 million from January to November of 2009, down 34.11 percent from the same period of previous year.
The growth rate was 23.09 percentage points lower than the rate of total exports of textiles and garments which posted a negative growth rate of 11.02 percent, over the same period.
