In response to pressure from its domestic industry, Turkey initiated sunset review of anti-dumping investigation case on polyurethane impregnated textiles imported from China on January 22, 2010.
The customs codes of involved products are 5903.20.10.10.00, 5903.20.10.90.00, 903.20.90.10.00 and 5903.20.90.90.00. The dumping investigation period is from January 1, 2010 to December 31, 2010.
In the first instance, Turkey launched anti-dumping investigation on impregnated polyurethane textiles originating from China in June 2004 and made affirmative final determination on the case in February 2005.
