Anti-dumping ruling on Chinese upholstery imports

The government of Turkey made preliminary anti-dumping ruling on imports of curtains and upholstery fabrics originating from China.

It will levy 70.44 percent (CIF) of provisional anti-dumping duty on products involved and implementation comes in to effect immediately for a period of six months.

Turkey initiated anti-dumping investigation on curtains and decorating fabrics originating from China on July 25, 2009.

The respondents from the Chinese side were Wujiang Chemical Fiber Co. Ltd.; Wujiang Tongli Textile Co. Ltd. and Jiangsu Zhonghua Textile Co.
