China's total global imports of ramie fabric reached US $6.04 million in January to December 2009.
This represents a reduction of 28.01 percent compared with the same period of last year.
The growth rate was 18.77 percentage points lower than the negative rate of total imports of textiles and garments which stood at 9.24 percent.
