According to official data, towel exports in Pakistan reflected a growth of 17.48 percent in July 2010. The country shipped towels worth US $62.021 million in July, this year.
This is in comparison to the exports worth $ 52.792 million during the same period of the previous fiscal year, showing an increase of $9.229 million.
When considered on month-on-month basis, Pakistan's towel shipment rose by $7.228 million or 13.19 percent in July, 2010 in comparison with the exports in June, 2010. The exports recorded in June, 2010 totalled to $54.793 million.
