Rise in export duty on crude oil, ethylene & other liquefied gases

The rate of customs tariff on exports of crude oil increased in Russia by 9 percent from 266.5 to 290.6 dollars per ton on 1st November. The rate of oil export tariff also grew by 20.3 percent to 98.8 dollars per ton in Eastern Siberia, at the same time.

As per the documents, the export tariff on light oil products is expected to total at 208.1 dollars per ton and on dark oil products, it is likely to total at 112.1 dollars per ton.

The export tariff on propane, butane, propylene, butilene, butadiene, ethylene and other liquefied gases is fixed at 116.4 dollars per ton on 1st November as compared to 61.1 dollars per ton as on 1st October.
