Tunisian exporters have advantaged from the recently concluded China/EU textile agreement and the crises it has created for European Union retailers.
Tunisia is a leading exporter of apparels to the EU. September registered textiles and apparel exports of 383 million Tunisian dinars reflecting a 3.7 percent annual increase.
August exports of 316.1 million Tunisian dinars showed a 13.5 percent annual expansion.
Total exports of textile and apparel from January to September was 3.906 billion Tunisian dinars, a 2.6 percent annual growth.
