Italy seeks strong trade relationships with Qatar

Festival Italiano
, Italian Ambassador Giuseppe Buccino Grimaldi informed that his country seeks to extend trade relationships with Qatar.
In last two years, there has been noticeable rise in joint ventures between Italian-Qatari companies, Grimaldi stated.
Italian exports to Qatar rose 55 percent in 2005 to €500 million compared to €320 million in 2004.
Whereas Qatari exports to Italy amounted €45 million in last year.
Qatari people are being influenced by Italy's lifestyle, informed Dubai-based Italian Trade Commission Director Ferdinand Fiore.
