Chongaing city has published the complaint analysis report of merchandise in the second season for clothing, shoes and caps.
In all there were complaints against 1678, of which 587 pieces complaints were related to bad quality of clothing, shoes and caps.
The shops just pursue sale, ignore purchasing channels and merchandise's quality that has caused much dispute.
Shops pay attention to sale and when quality problem arises, many shops adopt delaying attitude, or leave it aside.
Due to this, the normal businesses of some shops have been affected.
