Offering the world's most desired brands in fashion accessories and sportswear, an open-air WorldWear Centre will be opening on Friday, October 27, 2006.

Located on the corner of Beyers Naude & Wilson Avenue in the affluent northwest region of Joburg, the centre is intended to be a boutique shopping experience.

It is aimed at the discerning and brand-conscious consumer who is bored with the same-old, busy, parking-embattled and overcrowded convenience malls.

Its architecture and design enhances the sense of glamour, variety, distinctiveness and, most importantly, expansive space, to walk, to shop and socialize.

The store exhibits over 240 international and local brand names along with trendy US brand Abercrombie and Fitch will be available for the first time in South Africa at the WorldWear Centre.

Wide range of sports brands like Reebok, Puma, Cressi Sub,
The Pro Shop, Lizzard, Footwear Traders and Grand Prix Unlimited are also revealed.

It will also have lifestyle fashion centres like new bridal concept, a South African-centric accessories store and a kid's clothing store.

Fuelled by the booming luxury goods market, shoppers can expect more WorldWear centres in the country's major cities-each defined by a sense of variety, intimacy and discovery.
