Textile and readymade garment industry in Turkey is looking out for other places with Jordon, Egypt and Uzbekistan as their most favoured destination where they get warm reception from the establishment.
What has been hampering their business moves is the scarcity of qualified employees. All these countries lack a well established business ethics and norm. To simply put it, employees in these countries are available for a week of work and then become invisible for three to four days.
Pointing out the gravity of the situation, owner of a textile firm said that if one does not solve problem of employees in these countries, success will merely be a fantasy. Workers in Turkey learn rapidly and work dedicatedly while in other countries, they do not even understand what they are asked to do.
