At Shengzhe market, the demand of cation filament was very strong in October though CDP chips fell on upper material chain. The average drop of cation filament was 600 yuan per ton, generally narrowed than CDP chips.
With strong demand from lower market and smaller supply, the drop of FDY68D was between 200-300 yuan per ton. The price was 16100 yuan per ton on October 7, and fell to 15800 yuan per ton by the end of the month.
For cation FDY filaments, 68D, 200D and 300D were sold better in the market, among which, the demand of FDY68D surpassed supply by mid October. FDY200D and 300D are mainly used in prodcution of flax imitated material by cation filament.
The demand of POY in October market improved though with different drops in prices. On the whole, sale of cation filament was slightly better than those normal and regular filaments.
