This year mild winter is creating havoc on the retail sale.
Japan is facing the same problem in the retail sector which dipped 0.1 percent in November to JPY10.64 trillion compared to the same period 2005.
Sales of machinery equipment including refrigerators and heating equipment saw a decline of 1.0 percent, and sales of textiles and winter clothes decreased 0.6 percent.
