Jewellery maker Loytee Co will open a boutique hotel as well as a luxury condominium next month, through income accrued from rental properties. This project will require total investment of Baht3 billion.
Company exports made-to-order fashion jewellery worth Baht1 billion annually to countries like Australia, Japan, US and Europe from 1981.
Project will be constructed on three rai land area in a leasehold plot, according to Loytee's Owner Somboon Chayavichitsilp. He is also Chairman of property firm Somhansar Co.
He opines that celebrities prefer small boutique hotels to big ones, because rooms in a small boutique hotel can safeguard their privacy.
