Recently, a study on customer satisfaction short-listed top nine web sites for customer service including web sites of
Ann Taylor
and
Nordstrom
.
The web sites which remained top previously are of
Bluefly
and J Crew.
Similarly, web sites that were in top list for the first time are
Babystyle
,
J Jill
and
Williams-Sonoma
.
The nine web sites in the top ranking were able to meet all criteria for customer service and communication.
About 100 sites were taken into consideration for survey to short-list top nine web sites for their customer service.
