Before the end of winter, market normally welcome spring collection with a bang.
In Hangzhou city, this year, many shops announced arrival of winter collection and discount for winter garment.
However, with the elusive usual winter chill this year round, sales of cotton garments are yet to pick up even we cross the month mid way. Discounts are expected to reach 50 percent levels which is lowest recorded this season.
Last year, December witnessed launch of Spring Collections by several famous brands in the region. Spring garment accounts for about ten percent of total markets here, inform industry insiders.
