Coast Guard impounds used clothing from Korea

Coast Guard impounds two container vans full of used clothing from Korea worth P2million, sources informed yesterday.
After receiving intelligence report about shipment of illegal goods, Coast Guard seized 180 bales of assorted used clothing.
Shipment was said to be wrongly declared as plastic caps and empty sacks.
Imports of used clothing are prohibited under Customs laws of the country.
