In December 2006, Consumer Price Index (CPI) declined by 0.4 percent compared to 102.4 in previous month. It was 0.7 percent less compared to same period of 2005.

Cost of clothing and footwear reduced by 7.7 percent because of cheap ready-made clothing and accessories, materials and footwear.

The Consumer Price Index (CPI) is a measure of the average change in prices over time in a market basket of goods and services.
