With the year end approaching fast, shops and malls in China, are putting their old stocks on sale in order to attract customers. They are giving heavy discounts on their merchandises.
This year one can find last year's autumn, winter garments along with new-style autumn clothes of the current year. A piece of women long dustcoat pricing at 899 yuan can be purchased at around 298 yuan, knee-high shoes with original rates of 998 yuan are sold at about 298 yuan. Some old-style apparel with a price raging 300 yuan can be acquired at 80 yuan. Compared to last year rates this years are very cheap.
However, some insiders believe that these discounted rates are mostly false as dealers increased the prices on the labels by three times and so even if they are giving 50 percent discount, they would earn a good profit.
In addition to this, some discounted garments also have quality problems and the unaware customers are very happy with their purchases.
