The listed Company under the name FASHION BOX HELLAS SA, announces to the investment community that pursuant to the Athens Exchange Board of Directors Decision in its session as of 20/12/2007, approved the renewal of the market making on the Company's common shares, starting from the ATHEX session on 24/12/2007 up until 22/12/2008, in order to enhance the stock's liquidity, with ATHEX Member ARTION SECURITIES set as the Market Maker. FASHION BOX HELLAS SA signed a one (1) year contract with ARTION SECURITIES S.A.
In addition, pursuant to the same aforementioned decision of the Athens Exchange Board of Directors, MERIT SECURITIES, a member of the Athens Exchange, was also approved to be the Market Maker on the Company's common shares.
Thus, MERIT SECURITIES market making on FASHION BOX shares will start as of the Athens Exchange trading session on 24/12/2007, aiming at the enhancement of the stock's liquidity. The duration of the Market Making agreement is one (1) year.
