Boryszew implements Information on corporate governance's rules

The Management Board of Boryszew S.A. informs that according to its Declaration on corporate governance's rules which haven't been implemented or have been implemented in limited range, published in Report no. 1/2008/CG of January 2nd, 2008, the Company has inserted on its web-site the business cvs of management board's and supervisory board's members.
Since then Boryszew S.A. has started to obey the rule concerning “Good practices realized by the management board's of the stock-exchanges companies” – point 1.2 of our declaration.
The Belgian Society of Rayon Factory in Sochaczew was established in 1911. After the Second World War, the factory was nationalised. Following the privatization of the state-held enterprise Boryszew ERG in 1991, the company named Boryszew SA was established with 100% private shareholding.
