Geox clothing project is the brain child of the company's research about human body's movement of its heat. With collaboration of Italian and European universities, Geox has developed a new patent to ease body transpiration.
Our body temperature increases due to activities like physical activity, stress, or climate conditions. Due to this, the body perspires, thus decreasing the skin's temperature and cooling it. This is uncomfortable as well an un-hygienic to the individual.
Geox exploits the physics principle of convection, by making the damp air created by the evaporation of sweat to rise in a special 3D cavity through the space placed below the apparels padding and is expelled through the upper part of the garment through a breathing tape.
The garment's effectiveness is certified by the Geox Garment Breathability Test carried out by a machine specially devised by Geox.
