EU list of anti-dumping measures on products from Mainland

European Union (EU) has issued a list products covered under its anti-dumping measures originating from the Mainland of China.

It has also mentioned the list of anti-dumping measures taken by the EU against products originating in the mainland of China up to 31 December 2005.

The list is compiled from information available to the Department and is meant for traders' general information only.

In case of doubt, traders should approach their importers in the EU for clarifications.

List of specified items which can be downloaded include:

Item No. Item
20. Polyethylene Terephthalate
25. Polyester staple fibres
33. Certain finished polyester filament fabrics

Besides, the EU has announced anti-dumping investigations on chamois leather, certain footwear with protective toecap, certain footwear with uppers of leather form among other that are mentioned in the attached PDF file.
