Worries of the Kaduna Textile Mills' workers, who have not received salary for several months, would soon be ended, assured Alhaji Adamu Aliero, Kebbi State Governor.
The Governor stated that the Northern Nigeria Development Company (NNDC) has been directed to make sure everything is done to put the textile company back in action.
Moreover, NNDC is trying to give the kiss of life to the company and will not let the company shut down.
Kaduna Textile Mills Limited was closed down in April 2003, after the NNDC Board of Directors terminated the appointment of Indian Churchgate Groups that has managed the company for about ten years.
