Shehla Javed Akram, President of Women Chamber of Commerce and Industry, appreciated Government's 'Push and Pull' strategy for businesswomen.
Joint efforts of Government and WCCI, encouraged and provided platform for working women to exhibit their handicrafts, said Shehla.
She added that earlier women were working at the micro level and remained unnoticed but now they are working at international stage in 20 countries across the world.
WCCI has opened 'one dollar shop' to sell women's handicrafts, popular in the US, UK and Australia. Tariq, Vice President of the Pakistan Muslim League (PML), informed about women's crucial role in the country.
