In a bid to restart the earlier proposal for a Hubli Textile Park, which was introduced several years ago, Karnataka Government has asked officers to design a plan and examine the earlier proposal and revise it to meet present requirements.
Speaking after inaugurating the Shri Siddaroodha Vidyut Javali Utpadakara Sangha, Revenue and District in charge Minister, Jagadish Shettar said that according to the earlier proposal, only 10 acres of land was proposed for the project.
However, the officials were asked to increase a minimum 50 acres of land, which might be required for the purpose.
