Textile export from Thailand to the US and Europe have risen in the first season this year by 12.3 and 15.1 percent, respectively.

However, Thailand is experiencing a fluid political situation which has made its textiles exports perfomance look suspect in the eyes of the US trade hawks.

US authrorities doubt that the goods exported might be produced by Chinese manufacturers, who wanted to avoid quota restrictions through this illegal practice of transshipment.

Therefore, US have decided to launch investigation on this front.
