Vietnamese Inter – Ministries of Trade and Industry recently announced list of enterprises that will be granted auto – visa quota for category No. 638/639 synthetic fibre – knitting shirt for men and women) for exports to the US market.
The list is attached with Notification No. 0242/BTM-DM dated June 21, 2006.
Reportedly, export quota will be granted to enterprises which produce and export directly, and have already registered their quotas for export prior to July 1, 2006.
In addition, exporters having exhausted their quotas can pay additional security deposit to avail maximum 3000 dozens shirts quota in total.
MOT also said that total quota lying unused as of June 14, 2006 is 100,633 dozens.
