Some enterprises are concerned with their production scale, and pay little attention to raise quality and improve management.
These enterprises do not have their own brands, and keep manufacturing goods for other international brands. Moreover, they have yet to learn how to deal with international trade frictions like anti-dumping or phytosanitary measures adopted by the US, the EU and other countries.
